I think having a dedicated pension beekeeper (Lindsey) is an excellent idea and is an important point of contact. She is very professional and has kept me updated throughout the process. She has also been available for any questions or queries I have had during the migration from my previous pension providers, and is always prompt to respond whenever I contact her!
